I've a loooooong way to go before I achieve a decent portrait. I had an old Hollywood shot of the fabulous Lauren Bacall to draw from. Whilst this bears no resemblance to Lauren whatsoever, I think this is a (tiny) bit of an improvement upon my previous attempts at a portrait.
